At Sianre Couture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring the quality of each product, and all items are thoroughly checked before shipment. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, we offer an exchange option.

To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at sianrecouture@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure you provide clear proof of the damage, including images and videos, and keep the product’s tags intact. Once we have received the necessary information, your request will be reviewed, and we will process it accordingly.

Please note that customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
